Life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen that affect the community as a whole. United Way of Morgan County is dedicated to bringing order and peace of mind to citizens of our community that may be struggling. We are also dedicated to providing an outlet to people who want to help but don't know how. In partnership with local governments, businesses, and non-profits, we are launching Community Crisis Funds to allow you to join us in supporting those affected, with a focus on:
Feeding People
Providing Emergency Assistance
(utility bills, eviction avoidance and other urgent needs)
Supporting Distressed Agencies.
It's easy to feel helpless - but you can help. By donating to the United Way of Morgan County – Community Crisis Fund, you are providing agencies in Morgan County with the resources they desperately need to keep our most vulnerable neighbors healthy.
If you are facing eviction or are in danger of having your utilities shut off due to Coronavirus, call the United Way office (256.353.6643) or a representative of the Community Crisis Fund (256.606.1427) and fill out a quick survey to see if you qualify for assistance!
